Which I attempt to add a bank deposit, that function no longer will load

I'll ensure you'll get the correct information why the bank deposit is not working.

 

We have an ongoing issue with the Bank Deposit screen where the account dropdown is not auto-populating. Rest assured, we're working on it to fix this issue as soon as possible. This way, you'll be able to add a bank deposit in no time.

 

What we'll do for now is contact our Live Support to add your company details as one of the affected users. We'll notify you through email once information is available.  Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Click Help and select Contact us.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
