Question

While review banking transactions, before categorizing, we need the ability to save draft info in the transactions (before categorizing). This will be a tremendous help.

I’m here to provide information and help improve your experience, @nonyanon.

I recognize how helpful it is to have the ability to save draft details in the transactions before categorizing them. At the moment, this feature is unavailable in QuickBooks Online.

You can use the Feedback option to send this idea straight to our Product Development team. This way, they can take a look and might consider this as part of the future enhancements.

Here's how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then select Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Select Next to submit.

You can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online customer Feedback website.

If you have any other questions or concerns besides the ability to save drafts. Just leave me a message, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Take care!
