Who should I contact if I don’t recognize an Intuit deposit made into my business checking account?

Hello there, @usercoachsueames.

 

You can either contact our Payments Support Team to verify the deposit or contact your financial Institution to check your business checking account. 

 

First, let's try to find the deposit by signing in to the Merchant Service Center. Once done, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Activity & Reports menu, select Deposits.
  2. Select the Dates dropdown menu to change the date needed. 
  3. Select Search.
  4. Once you find the deposit, you can select the small arrow icon in the FEE column to see further details about what transactions were in that deposit.

 

If you're unable to view the deposited funds, you can utilize the Help icon within your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Our Support Team will help you verify the deposited funds.
