Here are the possible reasons why transactions are missing:
An update on your bank’s information such as the name (bank merger), account number and login credentials require you to refresh it in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Ongoing maintenance from your bank’s website.
Let's try to refresh your bank by going to the Gear > Bank accounts > Refresh all. Here's a sample screenshot for a visual reference:
Then, go back to the Transactions page, make sure to set the date, and locate the missing transactions. If you're still unable to find the data, you'll want to manually add them. Once added, you can start categorizing these transactions.
