Why am I not able to sync my time-tracking software Clockify if I have already successfully integrated the accounts?

I use Clockify to track my time and it claims to integrate with QBO. I have already synced them and although it shows up as "connected to Quickbooks" in my Clockify account, there are no time records in QBO.

Are using QBO US version? Simple Start or a higher plan?

I'll point you in the right direction concerning integration concerns.

 

I recommend reaching out to our Developer’s page to give you more information on third-party app integrations. 

 

Here’s how to do it:

 

  1. Visit this link: https://help.developer.intuit.com/s/.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online under What do you need help with?
  3. Click Ask a Question.
  4. Sign in to your existing Intuit Developer Account or create a new one.
  5. Enter "Fix incorrect tax and line amount settings using invoice API" in the Question box.
  6. Click Ask.

 

To participate in the developer's forum, you must be logged in with an intuit account.
