Hello, MC.

Let me provide information about the instant deposit in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The reason for these charges on instant deposit is that there is an option in QuickBooks Online (QBO) where you can choose and use specific customer payments feature under instant deposit. Instant Deposit is an additional service in QuickBooks Payments, subject to eligibility criteria. Once eligible, you'll see this option, but it does not mean it will automatically be selected or set.

If you're sure that you didn't sign up for the instant deposit feature, I recommend reviewing your account settings and transaction history. The charge may have been a result of a misunderstanding or an error.

In the meantime, we can turn off the scheduling of instant deposits for future transactions. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Click the Payments tab and go to the Deposit Speed section.
  4. Select Change next to Scheduled instant deposits.
  5. Remove the check for all the marked days and leave All the days Off.
  6. Hit Save schedule.

I'm adding this article as a reference for resolving issues related to instant deposits: Get help with instant deposits.

In addition, it is recommended to contact our payment support as they have the necessary security protocols to access your account details, which goes beyond the capabilities in this Community space.

If you have further concerns about instant deposit, feel free to reach out to us in the QuickBooks Community. Take care.
