Why am I unable to connect a Huntington Commercial Bank acct to my QB acct? "Something went wrong. try again later" is what I keep getting.

I have some important information about the error you encountered when connecting your Huntington Commercial Bank account. 

 

I checked our system and I see that we have a reported issue with the error message when connecting Huntington Commercial Bank. 

 

At the time of this reply, our engineers are working to fix the connectivity issue as soon as possible. 

 

In the meantime, we can manually upload your transactions to QuickBooks if you need to take care of them as soon as possible.

Here's how to reach them: 

 

  1. Click the Help menu.
  2. Go to the Search tab on the pop-up window.
  3. Proceed with Contact Us.
  4. When asked about your issue, enter something like "Something went wrong. try again later when connecting Huntington Commercial Bank."
  5. Hit Continue.
  6. Choose either the phone or the chat option.
