Why are credit card account purchases coming from bank feed as "received"?

This problem started on February 1, 2021. The same bank's credit card is linked. I changed nothing.

It looks like your expenses are showing as deposits, ckrug.

 

I'd like to verify what bank or credit card account you connected to QuickBooks so I can walk you through the detailed steps. We depend on the data your bank shares with us. You can visit the bank's website to check if there are issues or maintenance that's causing the credit card expenses to show as deposits. If so, you'll want to wait until it's fixed.

 

However, if there were no issues, you can exclude those deposits and manually update the bank to refresh the connection. Let me show you how:

 

  1. From the Banking or Transactions menu, click Banking.
  2. Select the credit card account. 
  3. At the upper-right, click Update

Wait for the bank to update and check the For review tab if credit card purchases are posted correctly. Once done, you can already categorize the transactions
