Why are merchant deposits not showing in bank register

Let me help you further so that your merchant deposits will show in the bank register, @superiorcomputer.

 

Once your QuickBooks Payment is connected to QuickBooks Online (QBO), deposits that are coming into your QB Payments account will automatically be recorded in the bank register. One possible reason you're merchant deposit did not appear is that you haven't received it or funds have not deposited yet to your account.

 

Please know that if you're new to QuickBooks Payments, the first set of payments will be deposited within five business days as we're still getting your account set up. After this initial setup period, your payments will be processed at the regular speed.

 

Also, deposit speed can vary depending on the product you're using and the payment type you're processing.

 

On the other hand, if the payment has been deposited into your bank, select the specific account where the deposit should appear. Then, enter the amount of the deposit on the search bar, for easier tracking within the system.

 

If the deposit is still not visible to your bank register, I suggest contacting our Support team to further check your account.
