Why are missing transactions not allowing me to transfer from my bank to my quickbooks?

I am missing transactions from august to october 2023- and I tried to export the banking information to my quickbooks via csv file, I keep getting an error that the files detected are duplicates but they aren't- I'm only downloading the transactions during the timeframe needed.  How can I import these transactions without having to do it manually one by one ?

For me to give an accurate response, may I ask what specific error message you've received and the exact bank you're trying to get the information from? Any additional information will be highly appreciated.

So I was able to transfer the transactions I needed to into my account- but they were all wrong and showed up as income instead of withdrawals or purchases. 

 

Now my problem is permanently deleting all of the transactions so I can manually add them in, or finding out how to import them correctly since I can't edit whether the transaction is income or a purchase. I have all of the transactions excluded, but I want them completely gone so I have no issues with my financial reports.
