Welcome to the Community space, @aehandyman.

I am here to share some insights into why your transactions aren't showing on your bank feed in QuickBooks Online.

If you're referring to your online bank transactions, it is important to note that some Financial institutions let you download the last 90 days of your bank entries and have them visible on your banking feeds.

You have the option to upload your bank transactions from 2022 manually.

Here's how:

  1. From the Banking tab, go to the Banking section.
  2. Select the Link account ▼ dropdown and then Upload from the file.
  3. Select files and then choose the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, select Continue in the QuickBooks account ▼ dropdown.
  4. Select the account you want to upload the transactions. Then select Continue.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Continue.
  6. Select the transactions you would like to import. Then select Continue.
  7. Select Yes.
  8. When you accept your transactions, select Done.

Furthermore, I'm adding this helpful article as your reference in categorizing your bank transactions in QBO: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Please don't hesitate to return to this post if you have other concerns about your online bank transactions in QBO. I'll be here to lend a hand.

Thanks so much for answering! I'm at the end of my rope here and appreciate your time.  Not only are my bank transactions missing,  so are my expenses and everything else.  All I have are items dated January 1, 2023 forward.....
