Why are my MileIQ imports incorrect?

When importing mileage from MileIQ the dates and drives are all incorrect, and the majority are missing. I imported as a .csv file like I always have in the past and its always worked perfectly. I checked the .csv spreadsheet and all the info is there and correct

Welcome to the Community, Jroderick. I'm here to assist you in importing MileIQ trips into QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

 

One of the possible reasons why some of your MileIQ trip dates and driver data are imported incorrectly was the date format on the CSV file. Ensure that your dates are written as DD/MM/YYY and don't have special symbols. Moreover, if CSV files are uploaded in a larger file, importing them into smaller files helps.

 

Furthermore, if there's no issue with the format and the measures I have discussed, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed live customer care team. This way, they can further check why your MileIQ dates and driver information are incorrectly imported.

  1. Go to your QBSE account, then tap the + button and select Ask QB Assitant.
