We can clear the duplicate transactions posted on your register, patriciagrego-th.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) already found an exact match of an entry and when accepting them from Online banking, it causes duplicate n the register. We can remove the duplicate ones on your books by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Accounting.
  2. Select your bank account.
  3. Under ACTION, select View register.
  4. Choose the transactions in question, one at a time.
  5. Select Delete.
  6. Click Yes.

If you have duplicate entries on the Banking page, we can exclude them so it doesn’t appear in any account registers or financial reports. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu, then choose the Banking tab.
  2. Scroll down to select the For Review tab.
  3. Tap the check boxes of the transactions to exclude.
  4. Click the Batch actions drop-down button, then choose the Exclude Selected option.

Once done, the transaction moves to the Excluded tab of the Banking page. Once a downloaded transaction is either accepted or excluded, QuickBooks will stop the bank from bringing the transaction into the bank feed again. Here's an article you can refer to for more details about excluding a bank transaction you downloaded into QuickBooks Online

On the other hand, if you find out you have missing bank online transactions, see this article: What to do if you can’t find downloaded bank transactions. This provides you with troubleshooting steps to resolve this kind of issue, including the process of manually uploading bank transactions.

Feel free to visit our Banking page for more insights about managing your bank transactions and reconciliation.
