Hi, joel.

Let's investigate what's causing the transactions not showing when we're trying to Reconcile.

I've checked here on our end and there's no reported case about this one. To better isolate this, let's check if we choose the correct bank account

Otherwise, let's review if the transactions are already reconciled.  your reconciled transactions in the bank register will have an R status in the Check column.

  1. Go to the Accounting menu and then select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Locate the name of your account.
  3. Under the Action column, click View register.
  4. Select the funnel icon and filter it by Reconcile StatusTransaction TypePayee, and Date.
  5. Hit Apply.
  6. Find the transaction and check if you see the letter R under the Reconcile Status (indicated by a check mark) column. This means Reconciled.

Though, if the same result, let's perform basic troubleshooting steps. There are times when a browser's cache data becomes full of frequently accessed pages. This could affect the performance of QuickBooks Online.

To better isolate if this is a browser-related issue or not, let's access your QuickBooks account using a private window.

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If it works, go back to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.

In addition, here are some resources that you can browse to help keep your accounts accurate and up to date:
