I can help you bring bank transactions in QuickBooks, @joneswarehouseso.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can manually update your bank account to refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks. By doing this, the transaction will show up.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Select the bank account, then click Update.
  3. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.

However, if the issue persists, check this article for troubleshooting steps: What to do if bank transactions won’t download.

You can also check bank transactions in your Banking menu. They may be stuck there. I'll guide you on how.

  1. From the Banking menu, click the Banking tab.
  2. Select tile for the bank or credit card account you downloaded the transaction from.

If you see the missing transactions, let's make sure to review and categorize them, so it shows up in the Reconcile page.

Once you have all the transactions, you can now reconcile the account. See the video tutorial in this link: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know how it goes after trying out the steps. I'd like to make sure this issue is resolved for you. Keep safe!
