Hi there, sbruneau.

Rest assured, I'll help you find your recurring transactions in no time.

I haven't received any reports similar to this issue. That said, let's take a closer look at your Recurring Transactions List and apply some filter that could help us resolve this:

  1. Click the Gear icon, and choose All Lists.
  2. Select Recurring Transactions.
  3. From the Template Type and Transaction Type drop-down menus, select All.

If they're still missing, this sort of behavior is often the result of browser hang-ups which can quickly be resolved by clearing the browser cache. However, I recommend accessing your account in a Private browsing window first to verify if this is caused by the system or your browser.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts that will help you accomplish this in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

Log back into your account and check if you're able to see your templates. If it works,  it's possible your main browser has too much historical data from previously visited websites, which can impact processes and cause this kind of behavior. To ensure this doesn't happen again, it would be a good idea to clear your main browser's cache

Please let me know if there's anything else you need, I want to make sure you're taken care of. Thanks for bringing this matter to the Community, I look forward to hearing from you.

I have the same problem. My recurring expense templates do not show in this list. Does something happen with the new year ie, do I need to set them up every year?

You don't need to set it up every year, sbruneau.

The recurring list might've been filtered. To check if that's the case, go to the Recurring Transactions page and check the Filter drop-down.

Furthermore, if the recurring expense related to that template is deleted, then it'll no longer show on the list. You can use the Audit log to see if there's a deleted expense.

If none of the possible case above applies, let's try the browser troubleshooting steps. You can follow the steps provided by my colleague above to resolve it.

Let me know if you have additional questions. Please don't hesitate to leave a reply.

I have just input several recurring transactions and about half are missing. Only 16 will show up in the list. I have re-input the missing transactions and they will still disappear. This is very annoying and time consuming. Please help!
