May I know the specific bank you're having problems with? That information is helpful to me so I can find a timely solution. Also, I recommend reaching out to your bank to determine if there are any maintenance issues. In the meantime let's manually refresh the connection of your account with QuickBooks.
Here's how:
Go to the Gear icon.
Click Bank Accounts.
Select the Refresh all button.
