You have to import the old data manually or you can use csv2qbo converter tool as a workaround. It's a $60 one time license.

I’d like to help you get those missing transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), @Geciof. To provide you with the best assistance and solutions tailored to your needs, I need a bit more information.

First, could you clarify whether the six months of transactions from the year 2024 have ever appeared in your QuickBooks account? Or have those transactions never been synced to your account? Any additional details you provide will help us find the most accurate solutions for you.

If they have never synced to your account, it could be due to delays or interruptions in the bank connection or maintenance being performed by your bank. QuickBooks automatically downloads your bank transactions when you link your account. However, the information imported into our system depends on the data your bank shares with us. To verify this, please visit your bank's website.

If the transactions were previously in your account but are now missing, please ensure your filters are set correctly. Check the date range in the Transactions tab and make sure it's filtered to show transactions from January 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024. Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to the Transactions.
  2. Select All for the TypeAccount, and Date filters to ensure that no transactions are overlooked.

For additional details on this option, you can refer to this article: Add Older Transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Once done, you can categorize your transactions as outlined in this article: Categorize Transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
