Is this your first merchant payment? It may take more than five days to process the first transaction as we are still building your Merchant account. Usually, payments are deposited within 2-3 days. Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

Since someone told you that you should receive the funds today, I recommend contacting our QBO Support to follow up. However, they will be out in a few minutes, so you may get in touch with them tomorrow so they can check your transaction. They have the tools on their end.

1. Click Help and choose Search.
2. Click Contact Us at the bottom.
3. Enter your concern and click Continue.
4. Select Start a chat or Get a callback.
