Not all my bank transactions are transferring to QB. It seems to be randomly choosing transactions to transfer over. Many are missing. How do I fix the problem?

Welcome to the Community, PoplarCove. I appreciate what you've done so far. Allow me to help you manage your missing transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

First off, would you mind if I ask what bank are you currently using? This is for me to look at our records if we happen to receive similar reports about your bank.

Also, you can manually refresh your bank so it'll download the missing entries. Here's how:

1. Go to Transactions, then Bank Transactions.
2. Select Update.

Additionally, I'd recommend checking your bank or credit card's website if the issue is on the bank's end. For the complete step-by-step guidance, check out this article:  What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online

Once your transactions are all in, check out this article to learn how to review downloaded bank and credit card transactions: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online

Please keep me posted if you have any other concerns about managing your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online. Have a great day ahead, and stay safe.

@PoplarCove

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
