Why aren’t all my transactions showing up?

I'm here to lend a hand with your transactions concern.


If you're referring to your bank transactions. I suggest updating your account manually. It refreshes the connection between the bank and QBO.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu at the left pane.
  2. Select the blue tile at the top for the bank account you want to update.
  3. Click on Update.

 

However, if the issue persists after running the update, I recommend contacting your financial institution. This is to verify if they have any ongoing page maintenance that's causing the interruption since QBO is dependent on the transactions that they transmit.

However, if its your invoice transactions that doesn't show .I'd suggest accessing your account via a private or incognito window to check if this is a browser-related issue. At times, data stored for a long period causes unusual behavior to the browser.

 

You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

 

If it works, then your main browser may have too much historical data from previously visited websites that cause this kind of behavior. Just go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers as an alternative.
