I want to ensure you'll get all your recent transactions downloaded to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), @j_solis86.

To start, may I know the name of the bank you're having a problem with? Knowing this will help me verify here on our end if there are any connection issues between your Financial Institution and QBSE.

QuickBooks won't be able to download bank transactions if the connection between your bank's website and our server is interrupted. Before we do any troubleshooting steps, I'd recommend visiting your bank's website and verifying if they have ongoing website maintenance. If everything's fine on their end, we can update the transactions page manually. This will refresh the connection and download your bank transactions. Here's how:

  1. Got to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Manage Accounts.
  3. Click Refresh all.

Additionally, you can import the transactions manually in your QBSE company file. To start, ensure that the file containing the list of your bank entries is in CSV format. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Profile icon and select Imports.
  2. Next, click the Import Transactions button.
  3. Then, follow the onscreen steps to upload the CSV file.
  4. Select Import.

I also include this helpful resource that you can use as a guide in categorizing your bank transactions: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If you have any other inquiries or concerns about managing your bank transactions, leave a reply below. I'd be here to offer further help.
