Hello there, @kftormey.

Let me share some insights as to why your transactions aren't showing up in the Transactions menu in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). I'll also guide you on the actions you need to take to help resolve this matter.

For the time being, we have an ongoing investigation in QBSE wherein transactions aren't populating the Transactions List (when viewed through a supported web browser). Rest assured that this issue is being taken care of with utmost urgency. Hopefully, you can get back to business and view transactions in the Transactions menu in no time.

As a workaround, you can click the amount link of each category on the Profit and Loss page. To do this, go to the Reports menu, filter the date, and select the View option.

In keeping with this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can add your account to the list of affected users. This ensures you're in the loop about the investigation's status and its fix. To do this, here's how:

  1. Go to the Assistant menu.
  2. Type in Talk to a human in the Type something... (twice).
  3. Select the I still need a human option.
  4. Choose either Message an agent or Get a callback.

Once everything is all set, you may want to check out this article as your reference to guide you in categorizing your transactions and how QuickBooks puts them to the correct line of your Schedule C: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

We appreciate your patience regarding this matter. Let me know if you have other concerns about managing and categorizing transactions in QBSE. I'm always here to help. Take care, @kftormey.
