Why aren’t some of my business charges from my business card pulling over into quick book account even though they are linked?

It's odd that some of your charges aren't downloaded despite QuickBooks Online is connected to your bank. QuickBooks will automatically downloads transactions every night. Can you share the name of your financial institution so I can verify if there's an ongoing issue? 

 

In the meantime, let's log in to your bank website and check the following:

 

  • Check your account for messages, notifications, or alerts.
  • Look for any display issues as you navigate the website. These can block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.
  • Check your bank’s website for any announcements about new security requirements.

 

Then, you can refresh the connection to receive the most recent transaction that is still accessible.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. Go to the Banking tab.
  3. Select Update.
