Why can I not see my balance next each transaction?

I can help you show the running balance on your register, @ghmoulton-gmail-.

 

It's pretty simple. Here's what you need to do:

  1. Click Accounting.
  2. Choose Chart of Account. 
  3. Click the Setting (Gear) icon above the Action column.
  4. Put check marks on the QuickBooks Balance and Bank Balance boxes.

Thank you so much for helping me out. I am new to Quickbooks online. I have been using Quickbooks desktop version.
