Why can't I see all of my transactions for certain accounts? There appears to be a gap in transactions when I look at the data.

When I try to import the missing data, I get a message saying that the data is already there. I have had the same problem for the last few years.

We have a few things to check to ensure all bank transactions appear on the Transactions page. Let's go through them and have you get back on track.

 

First off, ensure to apply the correct filters to view all your transactions. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Go to Transactions.
  2. From the Type: All and Account: All dropdown, select All.
  3. Customize the date range, and choose All for the Vehicles.

 

If the issue persists after following the steps above, we'll have to refresh the data to ensure all financial transactions are up to date. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under TRANSACTIONS, choose Manage accounts.
  3. Click Refresh all.

     

Furthermore, proper categorization ensures organized financial records, allowing structured tracking of income and expenses and ensuring accurate accounting of all transactions.

I have tried this.  I still can't see the transactions.  I sent a more detailed response earlier.  I am not sure that it went through.
