Why can't i see any transactions in my reconcile list?

it says "there are no transactions showing for this account in this time period..." but even when I change the filters, theres no transactions.

I'm here to ensure you can see your transactions on the reconciliation page, @taylor-lonepeakp.

 

Let's check the Banking menu and review your matched/added bank transactions. This way, we'll be able to verify if they're appropriately matched and posted to the correct accounts. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Choose Banking or Transactions from the left panel.
  2. Proceed to the Banking tab.
  3. Click the blue tile for the bank account you want to review.
  4. Select the Categorized tab.
  5. Click the link in the Added or Matched column to check the transaction.

 

If the transactions are incorrectly matched, we can unmatch and recategorize them so that they'll appear on the Reconciliation page.

 

Otherwise, those transactions have been reconciled, so they aren't showing on the list. To determine if they have been cleared or reconciled, check their status under the Checkmark column in your account register.
