For some reason, It is only showing transactions up to June for last year. Just shut off the rest of the year.

Hello there, @dfoulk.

Just to make sure we're on the same page, are you referring to the bank transactions showing in your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account? If yes, it could be that your bank only lets you download the last 90 days of transactions.

If you need to bring the old or other transactions that were not downloaded by the system, you can manually upload them. First, export/download the transactions from your online banking account.

Once done, import the transactions to your QBSE account. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Imports.
  2. Select Import transactions.
  3. Follow the onscreen steps to upload the CSV file.
  4. Select Import. For the detailed steps on how to add transactions manually, you can click here

On the other hand, if these transactions were already added to your QBSE account, we can isolate this one by logging in to your QBSE account using a private browser. Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  • Control Option (Safari)

If it works, return to your default browser and clear its cache and cookies to refresh the system. This will also remove the older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. However, if the issue persists, I'd recommend using other supported browsers.

Feel free to use these links that will help you manage your transactions:

If you're referring to something else, feel free to go back to this thread. I'll be around to provide more details of your concern. Take care and more power to your business, dfoulk.
