Why did my dashboard suddenly change?

My dashboard changed to a new layout suddenly this morning.  I can't find any information or about the update.  It's really frustrating that QBO makes sudden changes this way, but I'm also finding that the new layout is difficult to understand.  Has anyone had the same issue?  Do you know of any resources that would help explain the new layout?

I've reviewed our QuickBooks Blog, as well as Intuit's Product Updates webpage, and can confirm there's currently no publications about changes that have been made to the dashboard.

 

To verify my understanding, what changes are you noticing on your dashboard? If you could provide screenshots, that would help me to better understand what you're seeing.

 

QuickBooks also has two different views which can be changed anytime. One's called Business, the other's called Accountant.

 

Here's an image showing what they both look like:

 

If you're using a view that you'd like to change, you can do so by utilizing the Gear (⚙️) icon, then selecting a preferred view.

 

You can also submit feedback to our Product Development team about any changes that may've been recently made.

 

Here's how:

  1. Use the Gear (⚙️) icon, then go to Feedback.
  2. Enter your suggestion(s) in the Have feedback? window.
  3. If necessary, attach a file with your Camera (📸) icon.
  4. Select Next.

 

Your feedback's definitely valuable to Intuit will be considered in future updates.

My Dashboard changed too and I was on hold with the QB expert for 2 hours and whom said they were working it and nothing about changing the dashboard page or how to put it back only that someone from engineering would email me and they have No timeline.
