Why did my transactions from my bank stop on June 10th, 2020 and then resume on Jan 1st, 2021?

It's my pleasure to help today, @strcresta. Let me provide some insights about bank transactions in QuickBooks. 

 

Your bank transactions may have stopped downloading because of system maintenance. I suggest contacting your bank to check for some notification.

 

In this case, we can manually update your bank account to upload the transactions within 90 days. But before we continue, did you encounter any error message? Any further information would be greatly appreciated.

 

Here's how: 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
  2. Go to the Settings icon.
  3. Select the Bank Account.
  4. Click Refresh All

If the manual refresh still didn't work, you can manually import transactions inside QuickBooks. You may refer to these articles for more details:
