Your bank transactions may have stopped downloading because of system maintenance. I suggest contacting your bank to check for some notification.
In this case, we can manually update your bank account to upload the transactions within 90 days. But before we continue, did you encounter any error message? Any further information would be greatly appreciated.
Here's how:
Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
Go to the Settings icon.
Select the Bank Account.
Click Refresh All.
