Why didn't all my charges on my credit card not pull into my quickbook account?

I got some troubleshooting steps that we can perform to isolate this issue, @usersandrachangdds93.

 

Let’s manually update your bank transaction to refresh the system. Let me show you how.

 

  1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Locate and select your preferred bank account.
  3. Then click Update a couple of times to refresh the system.

I’d also recommend contacting your bank and verify if there are any ongoing issues on their end. Thus, it could be the reason why you’re unable to see your credit card charges.
