I have a deposit from a few days ago that has not been deposited into my account. Viewing it from quick books it says “on hold” but doesn’t give any more information.

Hello there, Holly.

While we're unable to check your account in this public forum, I'd like to provide information about why the deposits are on hold.

A payment hold may happen if something unexpected happens in your transaction or account. This protects the interests of all parties involved in the payment process. An email notification will be sent if you see the word "Withheld" in the Method column when reviewing them in the Merchant Service Center

That said, please read your email carefully, as it contains specific steps to fix any issues. Usually, we ask for more info so we can complete our review. For example, we may ask you to send us a copy of the original invoice you sent to your customer. If you haven't seen it in your Inbox, you'll want to check your Spam folder and see if the email was sent there.

Nonetheless, it’s also best to contact our Payments Support Team. This way, they can double-check and pull up your account securely to see why the deposit is on hold. They can also initiate a further investigation if need be.

If you have other concerns about managing your deposits and payment transactions, I'm just a post away from assisting you. Stay safe!
