We'll point you in the right direction to help you address the pending payments you have inside your account in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Montacal.

We recommend contacting our Customer Care Team, who can securely examine your account. Doing this will allow them to look into the issue and provide instructions to sort out those pending payments from three months ago. We'll outline the steps to get you going:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top right corner, click (?) Help.
  3. Select Contact Us, then select a topic to connect with the right expert.
  4. Choose your preferred way to connect.

For further guidelines, please see this page: Contact Payments Support.

Moreover, we're providing this article about payments on hold and how you can sort them out inside the program: Learn about funds on hold in QuickBooks Payments.

We are always available to provide support if you need additional assistance handling payments or tasks within QuickBooks. Feel free to visit us or leave a comment below, and we will get back to you promptly. Stay safe.

@montacal-gmail-c   If it's a payment you're trying to receive, it's legit because QB isn't done collecting interest off it.

@montacal-gmail-c  Not to worry; just give it another year, and you'll have a pending payment that is fifteen months old.

Hmm, actually, I suppose that is worth worrying about.
