Why do I keep getting charged an Intuit transfer fee on my bank account? It happens almost everyday!

So basically any time someone pays my invoice, I get charged? Anytime I use instant deposit to my QB debit card, I get charged? This is nonsense because QB already takes a fee when payments come in.

I'd like to add some clarifications regarding the processing fee for customers' payments in QuickBooks Online.

 

The bank charges for the customer's payment in the system are per transaction. Fees also depend on how you processed the payment. 

 

Here's the updated processing fee per transaction: 

 

However, to give you further details regarding the charges that you received, I suggest reaching out to our Merchant Services Team. They'll be able to check on the entries that you've processed and verify the fees.

 

To do that:

  1. Click on Help at the top menu bar.
  2. Hit on the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of the issue in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Press on Let's talk.
  5. Select on Get a callback.
  6. Key in your contact details, then tap on Confirm my call.

 

Lastly, you can always scan through this link attached to give you more information about processing payments in QBO: Standard Payment Fees & Rates.

I am unable to get a person to speak with. I was charged $257. For an $8,000 deposit by customer!!

listed as “ transfer fee” that’s crazy!!

  1. Select Help at the top.
  2. Click the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
  3. Select a topic or enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Hit Continue, then select Start a chat and Get a callback.
