Why do I not have the option to mobile deposit a check?

We'll need to sign up for QuickBooks Payments and QuickBooks Checking for you to use mobile check deposit. Here's how:

1. Go to this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/payments/
2. Click the See rates & Sign up.
3. Next, select Currently have QuickBooks or New to QuickBooks.
4. Hit the Sign in to get started.
5. Follow the further instruction from the screen.

Once approved, you can deposit checks without going to the bank. It’s a convenient way to deposit checks you receive from your customers while managing your books at the same time. 

Mobile check deposit isn't available to all customers. If you're eligible, you'll see the option to Deposit checks when you click on Get Money. Before you deposit a check, it’s important to confirm the following:

• You’re depositing a check that meets our requirements.
• You don’t need the funds immediately.

It may take anywhere between 1-5 days to fund the check, but we’re working to get your funds as quickly as possible. However, in any instance that the button is not visible this could be because you’re not eligible yet. Thus, I recommend contacting our Merchant Support Center. That way, they can thoroughly check your account in a secure setting and provide fixes immediately.
