Why does all my intuit charges go into the wrong account. I have to move everyone of them when I reconcile.

Hi there, @emmett-bartohoss.

 

The bank account where the charges go through may be the one set up on your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription. That's why all of your intuit charges go into that account.

 

To verify, we can go to your Billing Subscription tab to update your billing info. Before doing so, please know that only the master and company admin can update the bank information. 

 

Here's how to do it:

 

  1. On your QBO account, click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Choose the Billing Subscription tab.
  4. Click the Pencil icon beside your payment method.
  5. Update your bank info.
  6. Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same on your card statement.
  7. Once done, click Confirm card or Save.
