Ensuring you'll be able to process customer payments in QuickBooks without delay is truly important in tracking your business income, @stevendawn2021-y. Worry not, I'm here to help you fix this.

To clarify, are you a new QuickBooks Payments user? If so, your first set of payments will be deposited a little longer while the set up of your account is in process. It usually takes 5 business days. Once done, the program will deposit customer payments much faster. Also, the deposit speed depends on the type of payment and the product you're using. For more info, please check this article: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

You might also want to check the status of the deposits in your program. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Next, go to the Get paid & pay menu and select Deposits.
  3. From there, click the bank deposit you want to review.

However, if you still don't see the deposits after the given time frame, I recommend contacting our Payments Support team to verify what's causing the delay.

Additionally, here's a helpful resource you can access that compiles a list of frequently asked questions about deposits in QuickBooks Payments: Common questions about payments deposits in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know how this goes and feel free to leave a reply below. I'd appreciate any info you can add. I'm always here ready to lend a hand. Take care.
