Why does my accounts only show back to June 2023? I can’t get it to go back to the beginning of the year.

In QuickBooks Online, when you connect an account for online banking, it will download the 90 days or less of your entries.

If you want your transactions from the start of the year to show in QuickBooks, you can upload your entries manually. Here is an article for the detailed steps: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

For future reference, you'll want to categorize and match your entries. It helps keep your books correct and organized.
