Why does my banking screen look different? i used to have 2 sets of dollar amounts to verify the bank feed matches the bank account (balance to zero). please advise.

I'll be glad to clarify things for you.

QuickBooks Online has updated the Banking interface, and because of this, you will only see the bank balance. I've got a sample screenshot to see the comparison between the old interface and the new one.

What you can do to see the In QuickBooks Balance is click the Go to register link from the Banking page. Then check figures under Ending Balance.
