Let's work together and get this sorted out. I've tried reconciling an account and selecting All from the Date drop-down in my test file. Then, selected the other tabs in the Reconcile page and the Date still shows All.

Sometimes, unusual behaviors like the one you are experiencing now happens if the cached data stored in your browser is corrupted. This can happen due to various reasons. To rule out any browser-related possibilities, let's open your QuickBooks account in an incognito or private browser. Using this mode will not save your browsing history, search history, and cookies.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Option + P
Once signed in to a private browser, go to Accounting > Reconcile. If you can reconcile for all dates, then we need to go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing your cache data helps to troubleshoot and remove outdated files that is causing the issue. After clearing cache, please make sure to restart your browser to refresh the settings. Moreover, you can use a different supported browser.
Please let me know how you get on after trying the troubleshooting steps above. I want to ensure you're able to reconcile the account. I'll be around to give the solutions. Have a great day ahead.
