Why does my reconcile show deposits that are not there and payment amounts that are incorrect?

Your QuickBooks Online (QBO) bank balance is the total balance of all bank transactions you've added or matched, while the statement balance covers the balance for a specific period it indicates. There are several factors why the bank register balance in QBO doesn't match your actual bank balance. Often, they do not match because the actual account is constantly being updated, and there may be new transactions that are not yet on your record. 

Here are a few things you can try to fix the issue:

1. Review the opening and beginning balances. 
2. Check for transactions that have not been entered or recorded correctly in QuickBooks.
3. Check for any bank fees or charges that may have been missed. These can sometimes be overlooked when reconciling.
4. If you find any errors, you can make any necessary corrections and try reconciling your account again.
