Why does quickbooks online keep askign for my bank verification

Let me share some insights about adding gratuity to an invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

The option to automatically add gratuity (tips) is only available on the sales receipts forms. You can add the gratuity payment option on the invoices manually or add a separate service item for tips on the invoice as a workaround. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. To expand the options, press Sales, then click the Sales form content section on the left panel.
4. Put a checkmark on the Tips (Gratuity) box, and choose which option is best for you. It will create a liabilities account for tips.
5. Confirm the template switch, then hit the Okay button.
6. Click Save and then Done.

Once done, let's add the service item by following these steps:

1. Click on the Gear icon.
2. Hit Product and Services.
3. Click New and choose Service.
4. Enter Gratuity or Tip on the Name field.
5. Select Undistributed Tips under the Income account.
6. Press Save and close.
