I know why you're unable to see the Undo reconciliation option, @jrobinson3. I'll provide details about this.

To confirm, are you using the QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) version? If not, this is why you're unable to see it. Thus, this feature is exclusive to QBOA versions. Otherwise, you'll need to undo the reconciliation for each transaction manually.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon at the top, then click Chart of Accounts under Your Company column.
2. Locate the appropriate account for the transaction and select View Register in the Action column.
3. Identify the transaction to edit.
4. In the reconcile status column (indicated by a checkmark), repeatedly click the top line of the transaction to change the status, then Save.
  • C - Cleared.
  • R - Reconciled.
  • Blank - Not cleared or reconciled.

Moreover, I'd also suggest reaching out to your accountant for further assistance. This is to ensure the accuracy of your accounts.
