I understand the impact if payments aren't deposited to your account on time, @ethan-lakota3-gm.
I'd like to provide some information about when QuickBooks deposits customer payments into your bank account.
To begin with, make sure that the deposit account selected is the same account where received funds are deposited. Here's how you can verify it:
Click the Gear icon (⚙) and go to Account and Settings.
Open the Payments tab.
In the Chart of Accounts section, select your accounts and save.
You can also review your deposit speed information by going to the Payments tab under Account and Settings then reviewing the Deposit Speed section.
For new users, your first set of payments will be deposited within 5 business days. Because we're currently setting up your account, it may take some time.
Payments processed before 3 p.m. PT will be credited to your bank account the next business day for next-day deposits in QBO. Payments received after 3 p.m. PT will be deposited within two business days.
If the payments were made before 3 p.m. PT should show in your bank account in two business days considering you don't have a next-day deposit. For payments processed after 3 p.m. PT, we'll begin the deposit the next business day.
