Why hasn't my money been deposited yet?

I can share some information on the turn around time for deposits, @melanylynn9-gmai.

 The approximate wait time for the funds usually reaches your deposit bank account within 2-3 business days of the transaction. However, the credit card payments to be transferred to your bank would take 5-7 banking days, while ACH deposits may take 7-10 business days. These also vary depending on the following factors:  

• Time of day you enter transactions.
• Weekends and federal holidays.
• The financial institution where transactions are deposited.
• How long it takes for your bank to verify and process electronic deposits.

If you haven't received the funds on the allocated time, I'd recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Payments Support so they can help check the status of your deposits.
