Welcome to the Community, jashcraft48-yaho.

Payments processed with a QuickBooks Payments account have deposit speeds which depend on your product and type of payment. Standard deposits process every day, except for Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Instant Deposits process every day of the year with no exceptions.

Initially, I'd recommend confirming your deposit speed.

Here's how:

  1. Use the Gear (⚙) icon, then go to Account and settings.
  2. Access your Payments tab.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

Intuit deposits most credit card, ACH, PayPal, and Venmo payments next day. For example, if you process payments before 3 PM PT, your deposit will be in the bank account next business day. In the event you process payments after 3 PM PT, Intuit will deposit them in two business days.

If you're new to QuickBooks Payments, your ACH payments will take a bit longer during the first month. You'll get your payments within 5 business days for the first 1 to 4 weeks while Intuit finishes setting everything up with your account. You'll receive an email confirming this process is complete once everything is set up. This email lets you know payments will process at normal speed moving forward.

Here's how to check the status of deposits and specific payments:

  1. While signed in to QuickBooks Online, go to Get paid & pay.
  2. Click Deposits. You'll see each payments that's part of your daily deposit. This screen also shows related processing fees as separate transactions.
  3. Select a deposit you want to review.

In the event there's an issue with a payment, it won't show up in your daily deposit. If this occurs, you'll receive an email from Intuit explaining what's going on and what's needed from you. Be sure to check your email settings if a payment's missing from the daily deposit and you don't see any emails from Intuit.

I've also included a couple detailed resources about working with QuickBooks Payments which may come in handy moving forward:

I'll be here to help if there's any additional questions. Have a wonderful Wednesday!
