Why have they chnaged the interface for QBO? Hate the new one!

Thank you for sharing your concern here in the Community. I understand that we feel more comfortable with what we're used to having.

 

What changes are you noticing? I've reviewed our QuickBooks Blog and the Product Updates webpage. There are currently no publications about the change made to the user interface. QuickBooks Online has two views, namely Accountant and Business. Does your current interface the same as one of the screenshots shown below? 

 

You can switch between them by following the steps below: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon on the upper right side. 
  2. Click Switch to Accountant/Business view
  3. Refresh your browser. 

 

If you're referring to the new estimate and invoice experience, you can revert it to the old one. Check out this article for more info: What’s New with Estimates and Invoices.
