Why I am not able to undo bank reconciliation from History by account? I only see print option not Undo option in Action option.

I'm glad to see you here, @anil@reliancesta.

Let me provide some information about the Undo reconciliation option in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Then, guide you in the right direction on how to resolve your concern.

The Undo button in the Action column is only available in QuickBooks Online Accountant. If your accountant uses this version, you can let them undo the reconciliation on your behalf.

If you’re using a different QuickBooks version, you can only unreconcile one transaction at a time. However, if you need to start over, I'd recommend reaching out to your accountant.

Here's how to invite your accountant:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Manage Users.
  3. Go to the Accounting firms tab, and click the Invite button.
  4. Enter the accountant's information.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Let your accountant undo the entire reconciliation.

If you prefer to do it by yourself, follow these instructions to undo reconciled transactions one at a time:

  1. Go to the Accounting menu, then select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Find the account and select View register.
  3. Select the transaction you want to unreconcile.
  4. Review the check column. If the transaction is reconciled, you’ll see an “R.”
  5. Click the box and keep selecting it until it's blank to remove the transaction from the reconciliation.
  6. Hit Save to complete the process.

I've added an article that will help you if you encounter any hurdles during the reconciliation process: Fix issues when you're reconciling accounts.

In case you'd like to match your QuickBooks accounts to your real-life bank and credit card statements in the future, you can use our Reconciliation Workflow as a guide. It's ensures everything is accurate. Then, you can view, print, or export a report if you have trouble reconciling for the following month.

I'll be glad to help you again if you have other questions about reconciling or unreconciling your accounts in QuickBooks. Feel free to comment down below and I'll respond as soon as possible. Have a good one.
