It can be challenging when you can't see your transactions after connecting Amazon to QuickBooks Online, rgati-ricremo-co. Not to worry, I'm here to ensure this gets resolved.

To start, let's update your Amazon account to bring the transactions to the program. Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions, then Bank Transactions.
  2. Select Update.

If you still can’t find the transaction, it may be stuck somewhere around the Banking menu:

  1. Go to Transactions, then Bank transactions.
  2. Select the tile for the bank or credit card account you downloaded the transaction from.
  3. Then, check these three areas:
  • For review tab. It is where QuickBooks puts recently downloaded transactions. If you find the missing transaction, categorize it into an account.
  • Categorized tab. It tells you what happens to transactions you already categorized. Specifically, review the Added or Matched column.
  • Excluded tab. Once you mark a transaction as personal or a duplicate, it goes here. QuickBooks won't add excluded transactions to your accounts.

In case none of these fixes the problem, I suggest accessing your account using a private window. This way, we can determine whether this is a browser cache-related issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N

Once signed in, check if you can view the transactions. If you're able to do so, clear the browser's cache. Doing so deletes all the data from your browser and optimizes its performance. Using other supported browsers also helps us verify if this is a browser-specific issue.

In the meantime, you can manually upload transactions

Keep me posted on how things go on your end. I'll be around to provide further assistance with your banking concerns.
