Thanks for dropping by the Community, jrivera@riverame.
I want to make sure that your concern about the amounts shown in your company is properly addressed.
We’ll have to review the entries recorded in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) to determine the cause of the issue. To keep your account safe and secure, I recommend contacting our QBSE Care Team.
They have extra tools like screen-sharing that will help them easily identify what’s causing the discrepancy. Then our specialists will walk you through the process of how to apply the permanent fix.
Here’s how to reach them:
Press the Help menu in the upper right to open the support window.
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click the Contact Us button.
Enter a description about the issue in the field box, like amounts in the Business Spending section, which is larger compared to the one in the Transactions section.
Tap the Continue menu to view the support options.
From there, choose Chat for real-time assistance or Callback to speak with an agent.
For future reference, let me share the link to our self-help articles: These resources outline the complete steps on how to perform each task in QBSE. The topics include banking, taxes, mileage tracking, account management, etc.
Don't hesitate to visit us again if you have additional questions about managing your transactions. I’ll get back to answer them for you. Have a great weekend.
